Pay deposit - I'll flick you an invoice for the deposit to get the ball rolling
Send products - pop your products on Santa's Sleigh (aka the courier)
Shoot plan creation - I'll put together a shoot plan detailing the concepts for the stop motion videos / styled images and send it your way for feedback and approval
Shoot day - I'll work my magic to get your products sparkling and ready to sleigh your Christmas marketing!
Final payment - Time to wrap it up - Pay the final invoice
Deliverables - You will receive a link to your own festive gallery with the final shiny assets
FAQs
Can I use the package for non-Christmas content too?
Absolutely! I’m more than happy to create evergreen content that works year-round. Or we could mix it up and create both Christmas and evergreen content.
How long does the process take?
After you're all booked in, the turnaround time for receiving your assets is 3-4 weeks. It's a good idea to secure your spot early to make the most of your Christmas content
What are your payment terms?
A 20% deposit and a signed contract are required to lock in your shoot. Final payment is to be made prior to your content being released.
Will I get a plan before the shoot so I have an idea of what the videos and images will look like?
Absolutely! I use a platform called Milanote to draw up your pre-production, where you can collaborate with me on the details of the shoot. I will detail each video animation and image including props and backdrops that will be used along with a visual reference.
You will have final approval of the plan before the shoot goes ahead.
What if I am wanting something extra?
No worries! I am happy to add on additional videos or images if required. We can discuss this at the time of booking and I will put together a custom quote.
